Intended use
The appliance must only be used for the preparation of foodstuffs! For example, to start soups,
sauces, ragout, goulash and for all quick-fried foods such as steak, escalopes, fillets, fish, pancakes,
mushroom ragout.
● The appliance is for commercial use and may only be operated
− by instructed trained personnel,
− if the appliance is supervised,
− for the purpose designated in the operating instructions.
● Any other, or extended use is considered as non-intended use.
● The user alone is responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the intended use.
● Each misuse of the appliance results in the warranty and general liability of the manufacturer be
coming invalid.
● It is forbidden to modify the appliance.

Misuse
● The appliance must not be used for deep frying!
● Do not use the appliance as a storage or work surface!
● The appliance may not be used for the heating, drying and storage of objects and not for the
melting of materials!
● The appliance must not be used to heat rooms!
● The appliance must not be used by
− children,
− persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities,
− untrained personnel.
