Operating principle
● Supply of heat is through electrical heating elements below the frying area.
● The heating elements are thermostatically controlled.
● In the event of overheating, for example due to a defect in a component, switching off is carried
out by the safety temperature limiter.

Commissioning
The appliance must be professionally connected before it is switched on. The on-site electrical con
nected loads must match the connected loads on the appliance! For setting up and connecting, see
page 27, chapter 9.
. Before using the appliance for the first time, clean with a cleaning product that dissolves grease.
