11. Make sure that the separator is filled with abrasive
up to the separator tray.
12. Put the product on the work area. Make sure that the
surface is level. Make sure that the transportation of
the product to and in the work area is done safely
and correctly. Refer to
13. Connect a dust extractor to the product. Refer to

14. Make sure that the ON/OFF switch is in OFF position
before you connect the product to a power supply.
15. Connect the product to a power source. Refer to

16. Make sure that the height of the brush seals are 1/32
in./1 mm above the surface.
17. Make sure that the height of the magnetic seals are
1/4 in./6–7 mm above the surface.
Abrasive valve
The magnetic abrasive valve controls the flow of the
abrasive shot to the blastwheel. The adjustment of
the abrasive valve is shown on the ammeter. Refer to
Ammeter on page 9 .

The abrasive seal makes sure that the abrasive stays
in the product during operation. The abrasive seal has
magnetic seals (A), brush lists (B) and rubber seal
around the blast housing.
