Make sure battery is installed, with positive (+) end toward
head of flashlight.
Make sure the switch cap of battery is snapped into tailcap.
Tighten the switch cap and make sure that it makes good
contact and the LEDs turn on.
Check battery charge: Place flashlight in charger. Make
sure LED lights up (section 8). If it lights (even momentarily)
charge it, if not, replace it (battery).
Check for damage to battery casing.
Check for foreign particles inside the battery housing.
Damaged LED.
Check plug connection.
