LUBRICATE GEAR RACK
Apply thin layer
of white lithium
grease to gear
rack only.

1. Run carriage up and down rail several times.
2. Apply a thin layer of white lithium grease
(provided) on gear rack ONLY.
Repeat often if unit is used very frequently
or is used in a harsh environment.
3. Regular cleaning will keep rail and rack free
of dust and dirt.
1. Connect battery charger to wall outlet and
rail.
NOTE: Both wall and rail cords are
each 6' (1 .8 m) long .
2. Position charger in a suitable, permanent
location where it will not create a
tripping hazard.
3. Secure charger in chosen location by
inserting two (2) wood screws (provided)
through mounting holes in charger base
(Fig. 1).
NOTES: If batteries become discharged,
carriage will move more slowly
until voltage drops to a point
where controller will shut off .
If this happens, pause, then run
carriage "down" until it engages
charge contacts .
Partially charged batteries will
run carriage "down", but not
"up" .
Confirm that charger is plugged
into a "live" outlet and wait for
batteries to recharge .
