5 Performing the test
5.4 Testing multichannel pipettes
Example: 200 μL 8-channel air-displacement pipette, dynamic test
Before performing the test, set the pipette to the nominal volume. Before testing, mount new unused
disposable tips and insert four channels with mounted tips into the previously selected and attached

Press or turn the select knob
to call up the Main Menu.
Turn the select knob to the
"Pipette Type" setting.
Press the "Execute" button.
The "Channels" submenu is
called up.
Turn the select knob to the
"Multichannel" setting.
Press the "Execute" button.
The "Nominal Volume" menu
is called up.
