Press the UP/DOWN button to increase/decrease values during
setting.
Press the ENTER button to confirm the setting.
Press the START/STOP button to start/stop the selected training
program.
Press the RESET button to reset all product settings.
Press the RECOVERY button to start the RECOVERY program.
The program automatically evaluates your fitness level directly after
training.
