Press the UP/DOWN button to set your target training time
(1–99 min).
The average time at 500 m is automatically displayed and
continuously updated.
Strokes per minute.
Press the UP/DOWN button to set your target distance in
intervals of 100 m (0–99900 m).
Press the UP/DOWN button to set your target strokes (0–9990
strokes).
Strokes counter (0-9999)
Display of calorie consumption
Press the UP/DOWN button to set your target calorie
consumption in intervals of 10 steps (10–99900 cal).
Pulse display
The computer has an integrated receiver for a heart rate
transmitter that is suitable for nearly all common 5.3 kHz chest
straps (chest strap not included).
Follow the instructions of your chest strap.
In manual mode, press the UP/DOWN button to input your
target pulse in intervals of 1 BPM (30-240 BPM).
Your pulse is displayed during training.
When your target pulse is reached, an acoustic signal sounds
and the pulse display flashes.
The acoustic signal stops as soon as you switch to another
mode or remove the chest strap.
In standby mode, the date is shown on the display (year/
month/ day).
In standby mode, the temperature is shown on the display.
In standby mode, the time of day is shown on the display.
