Over heating or little

The error code "ERR" appears on the front display panel of your dehydrator when the machine is
not accurately sensing the temperature within the unit or the heating mechanism is not working
properly. This error code can appear if:
1. The temperature within the dehydrator is less than 68° Fahrenheit (20 ° Celsius) after the
first 4-4.5 minutes after starting dehydration.
2. The temperature within the dehydrator reaches over 194° Fahrenheit (90 ° Celsius). Overheating
can sometimes occur if the ambient temperature of the room that the machine is in is too
warm/hot.
If the temperature within the dehydrator cannot be recognized accurately, then the dehydrator will
stop as a safety precaution. The following parts may need to be serviced:
1. Heating Assembly (bottom & top)
2. Power PCB Board
3. Thermometer Assembly
• Temperature control
system is not working
properly.
• The thickness of the food
is not even.
• There is too much food
on the tray.
• The fan is out of order.
• Turn the machine OFF and
contact the nearest service
center.
• Cut the food to uniform thick-
ness and size.
• Reduce the food on the tray.
• Choose the correct tray.
• Turn the machine OFF and
contact the nearest service
center.
