How to assemble the chassis (A) and the chassis componentes (C, D, M)
WARNING: Pinching hazard! There are pinch points between the seat and
trailer frames, as well as in the locking mechanism, that may cause injuries.
Be sure to keep your hands and fingers away from these pinch points when
folding or unfolding the trailer.
WARNING: To avoid injury ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding
and folding this product.
1. Release the handlebar (M) by cutting the zip ties.
2. Open the luggage compartment (I), remove the wheel (L).
3. To proceed make sure that the chassis (A) is unlocked so that the front
structure can be opened. To do this, press the unlock button (A3) until the
locking tab (A4) releases. Make sure it stays as showed in the image.
4. Push up the chassis front opening unlock button (A5), while
simultaneously pulling up the chassis front opening button (A6) and
push up the chassis so that it stays in the open position. Remove
from the interior the side wheels (C), the bicycle hitch arm (J) and the
safety flag (K). In the pockets, you will find the extra axle hitch (J6),
side bumpers (Dx2), handlebar screws (M3), and handlebar tool (M4)
to mount the handlebars. You need to cut the zip-ties that are holding
the wheels (C).
5. Both operations of wheel (C) assembly or disassembly shall be done with
the brake lever (E) in the disengaged position. To disengage the brake, lift on
the brake lever (E) with the top of your foot until it springs into the released
position.
INSTALLING THE AXLE HITCH ARM (J) TO THE TOWING BICYCLE
The hitch assembly is always mounted to the left side of the bicycle (relative
to the direction of travel) and consists of two parts: a hitch connector (J1),
which is attached to the hitch arm (J), and an axle hitch (J2), which must be
mounted to the rear axle of the towing bicycle.
WARNING: Before installing the axle hitch (J2), you must first check whether
the towing bicycle is suitable for pulling trailers. This information can be
obtained from the bicycle manufacturer, a bicycle shop or the owner's
manual of the bicycle. This trailer is compatible with bicycles with 9mm
quick-release type rear wheels and solid wheel axles up to 10mm. Pulling a
trailer with a bicycle that has not been approved by its manufacturer for use
as a towing bicycle can result in frame breakage or other material damage
which could cause accidents with serious injury or death.
1. To install the hitch arm (J), first, unlock and remove the hitch arm locking
pin (J3), then slide the hitch arm (J) trought the chassis side rail tracks (A2)
and lock it into position with the locking pin (J3).
Note: The bicycle hitch arm (J) must be positioned with the "This Side Up"
label facing upwards.

6. The side wheels (C) of the trailer are equipped with push-button axles
(C1). Pressing the button (C1) on the wheel hub will permit the attachment
or removal of the wheel (C). The wheels (C) cannot be attached or removed
unless the button (C1) is pressed in.
7. Check that the wheels are attached in the correct trailer orientation - the
arrow must be aligned with the front of the trailer. The word "Drive" engraved
on the wheel must be positioned as shown in the image.
8. Slide and install the side bumpers (D) in the rail tracks (A1) placed on each
side of the chassis structure.
9. Install the handlebar (M). Place it on the chassis in the correct position as
shown in the image. Use the provide tool (M4) and screws (M3) to properly
attach the handlebar (M) to the chassis (A).
10. Totattly open the chassis (A). To do so, firmly pull the handlebar up and
back until you hear a click. This sound lets you know that the structure is
fully open and securely blocked. At the same time, the extremities of the
chassis frame (A7) shall be fully integrated into the chassis structure (A) and
locked in place.
11. Close the chassis (A). You do this by pushing down on the chassis (A)
until it locks the chassis front opening button (A6). Make sure the entire

Using the vehicle as a bicycle trailer
WARNING: Never leave the security pins hanging freely from their straps.
They could get caught on passing objects and be pulled off, damaging parts
of the vehicle.
2. Then the axle hitch (J2) should be installed on the towing bicycle rear
wheel axle. To do that, first, unlock and remove the hitch arm connector
locking pin (J4), then tighten the axle hitch (J2) on the left side of the bicycle
rear wheel axle, respecting the tightening torque of the bicycle.
3. When the axle hitch (J2) is properly installed, the hitch arm connector (J1)
can be inserted in the axle hitch (J2) and locked in position with hitch arm
connector locking pin (J4).
4. Finally, place the hitch arm safety strap (J5) around the bicycle frame (for
example, on the seat stay tubes). Make sure the carabiner is attached to the
loop as shown in the picture.
WARNING: Never leave the security pins hanging freely from their straps.
They could get caught on passing objects and be pulled off, damaging parts
