CONDENSATION CONTROL MANAGEMENT
Using the BSP access ory it is possible to use a 0- 10Vdc anal ogue
signal (Y0 analogue output) to manage an external device (installer's
responsi bility) s uch as an inverter pump or a water val ve modulati ng the
condens ation, keepi ng it cons tant on variation of the water temperature
in the condenser.
In the programming branch fi nd the mas ks for setting the condensation
control, i.e.:

Example: According to that set in the mas ks described above in
correspondence of the press ure value B7 equal to s et+differenti al, the
anal ogue output signal is equal to 10Vdc, to which a max. s peed mus t
correspond in the cas e of inverter or max. opening in the c ase of val ve.

Routine maintenance by the user
DANGER !
Always act on the automatic master switch (IG)
positioned to protect the entir e plant before an y
maintenance oper ation, also if only an inspection.
Make sure that no one accid entally supplies po wer
to the machine, lock the automatic m aster switch
(IG) in the zero position.
IMPORTANT !
Always wear protective gloves during op erations.
This part of the manual supplies the indications necess ary to perform
some routine maintenance inter ventions in safety c onditi ons. Thes e
operations can be performed also by staff without specific technic al
skills on condition that the unit is disc onnected from the power suppl y
mains by acting on the automatic mas ter s witch (IG). Make s ure that no
one accidentally supplies power to the machine, loc k the automatic
master switc h (IG) in the zero position.
I.10.1
Cleaning and general check of the unit
The unit must be washed every si x months usi ng a damp cloth.
It is also good practic e to chec k the general status of the unit ever y 6
months for corrosion on the structure of the s ame. Ay corrosion must be
treated using protecti ve pai nts, in order to prevent possibl e damage.

I.10.2
The indicators can be us ed to c hec k the lubricant oil level contained in
the c ompressor.
The oil level in the indic ator mus t be exami ned with the compress or
running. In some cas es, a small amount of oil can migrate towards the
refrigerant circuit consequentl y c ausing slight fluc tuations of the level.
This mus t be considered c ompletel y normal.
Fluctuati ons of the level are also possible when the fl ow rate control is
activated. In all cases the oil level must al ways be visibl e thr ough the
indicator window. The pres enc e of foam on start-up must be considered
normal.
A prolonged and exc essi ve presence of foam during functioning instead
indicates that part of the refrigerant is diluted in the oil.
