Factory Fitted Accessories
o HPH – set- up for functioning in heat pump mode vi a inversion of the
cycle on the water circuit. The version envisions the possibility of
displaying the c ondens er water input/output temperatures and to s et
and display the set-poi nt and the condens er input hot water differential.
The condens ers are c overed with closed cell expanded pol yurethane
rubber i nsulati on.
o CCL - linear capacity control of the c ompress ors (e.g., capacity
control fr om 25% to 100% per unit with two c ompressors).
o RR - Unit with intake c ut-off coc ks of the c ompress or (the flow coc k
is as per standar d). Not available on 1531-1611-21031- 21111-21181-
21261-31351-31401-31461-31521-31591-31631 models.
o RA - Evaporator antifreeze electric heater to prevent the risk of ice
formation inside the exc hanger when the mac hine is s witched off (as
long as the unit is not disc onnected fr om the power suppl y)
o IM - magnet circuit br eaker s witc hes for protecti ng compressors.
o SLO - oil level s ens or (this acc essor y is rec ommended in the motor
evaporators, in the i nstallations where it is diffic ult to visuall y c hec k the
compressor indicator or whenever a more in-depth monitoring is
desired).
o SPS - high and low side refrigerant press ures signal, in the board.
o SS - RS 485 serial interfac e for logic dialogue with building
automation, centralised s ystems and monitoring networ ks (proprietar y
protoc ol, Modbus RTU).
o FTT10 - LON s erial interface for c onnection to BMS with standard
FTT10 LON protocol.
o
CMT - control of the MIN/MAX values of the power suppl y voltage.
The following f actory-assembled accessories are available on
request.
o DSP - doubl e set- point.
o CS - set-poi nt modification from remote (4- 20 mA).
o CR - Correction condensers (cosϕ> 0.94).
o DS - Desuperheater.
o RC100 - Heat rec over y with 100% rec over y of the c ondensation
heat.
o TRD - Thermostat with displ ay of the inlet water temperature at the
heat recovery/desuperheater with possibility to set the ac tivation set-
point of an external regul ation device if present.
o
BSP - 0-10 V signal for management of condens ation external
control s ystems, with variable speed pumps or water fl ow rate
regulation val ves.
II.1.2.2
Accessories supplied separately
o KSC - Clock board to displ ay date/time and to manage the mac hine
with dail y and weekl y time zones and weekly start/s top, with the
possibility to change the set-points .
o KSA - Rubber anti-vibration mountings.
o KSAM – Spring anti-vi bration mountings.
o

II.1.3.2
Lifting and Handling
DANGER !
Movement of the unit should be performed with
care, in ord er to avoid dam age to the extern al
structure and to the internal mech anical and
electrical components.
Also make sure that ther e are no obst acles or
people blocking the route, to avoid the danger of
collisions or crushing or overturning of the mean s.
To lift the TCHVBZ-TCHVIZ unit, use the brac kets present on the
structure by operating as in the figure.
Movement of the unit shoul d be performed with car e, in order to avoid
damage to the s tructure and to the inter nal mec hanic al and electrical
components.
DANGER !
Never remove the connections for lifting the
machine, as in correct restor e could d amag e the
machine during lifting oper ations.
Other lifting s ystems can damage the unit.
Handling with lifting truc k is prohibited as there is a serious risk of
damaging the structure and the refrigerant circuit.
During lifting/handling operations, the provisions must be res pected to
prevent injur y to persons
