Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
It does not pick up heavy material
or leaves dirty traces while sweeping.
Excessive dust left on the ground or
coming out of the flaps.
Dust coming out of the fan.
It throws the debris forwards.
The front flap is lifted by the broom.
Excessive broom wear.
Excessive noise or altered sound
of the main broom.
The main broom does not turn.
Battery not keeping the charge.
Battery discharging rapidly.

CAUSES
Broom pattern too light.
Worn broom.
The bristles of the broom are bent
or there are wire, strings, etc. bound.
Clogged filter.
Flaps worn or broken.
Hole in filters or seal damaged.
Front flap broken.
Flap too long.
Pattern too heavy.
Material wound around the broom.
Transmission belt broken.
Lack of liquid in the battery.
Battery element in short circuit.
Overloaded motor.
Loose battery connection terminal.
Wires or strings wound on central broom
Locked bearings.
Too heavy broom pattern.
Charging time too short.
Loose or oxidized poles.
REMEDIES
Adjust the pattern.
Lower the broom or replace it.
Remove the wound material, straighten
the bristles by soaking in warm water.
Clean filter.
Replace.
Replace or repair.
Replace.
Replace.
Use a narrower pattern.
Remove.

Top the level off after charging.
Replace the battery.
