Mal uso razonablemente previsible y límites de uso
Un uso de la ensiladora diferente del descrito en el
apartado anterior debe considerarse impropio y, por
lo tanto, prohibido. Además, sus características
técnicas no deben, de ninguna manera, ser alteradas
para cambiar el rendimiento. Tales alteraciones
podrían comprometer la salud y la seguridad de los
operadores encargados además de ser dañinos para
el equipo y comportar sobretodo un daño económico.
Si esto sucediera, tanto la garantía del equipo
como la responsabilidad del Fabricante se
anularían inmediatamente.
NO utilizar la ensiladora con un material de embalaje
diferente o bien con pacas con una forma o producto
diferente de aquel previsto por el Fabricante.
Visibilidad: en condiciones de escasa visibilidad
(niebla, polvo, humo u otro): se recomienda detener
el proceso de elaboración y esperar hasta que la
niebla, polvo u otro se atenue. Comportarse del
mismo modo en caso de viento y/o de lluvia.
Zonas peligrosas: si durante el proceso de
elaboración, una persona o un animal entra en una
de las zonas
(apartado
anterior),
inmediatamente desconectar la toma de fuerza,
detener el tractor y alejar al intruso. Tales zonas
permanecen
peligrosas
intervenciones de regulación y/o de mantenimiento y,
por lo tanto, el personal no encargado no se debe
detener ni moverse en las inmediaciones del equipo.
En caso de dudas relacionadas con el empleo de la
ensiladora consulte el presente manual o póngase en
contacto directamente con el Fabricante.
Responsabilidad del operador
El operador será el responsable de cualquier daño
causado a terceros, a sí mismo, a los animales o la
propiedad si:

utiliza
el
equipo
inadecuada;
utiliza el equipo bajo la influencia del alcohol,
-
medicamentos o drogas, así como cansado o
enfermo;
usa ropa que pueda quedar atrapada en las
-
partes móviles o giratorias;
parece no conocer las instrucciones que

aparecen en el manual;

Manufacturer liability would immediately become
void.
DO NOT use the bale wrapper with wrapping
materials or bales of other shape or product than
those indicated by the Manufacturer.
Visibility: if conditions of insufficient visibility (fog,
dust, smoke or other) are present: it is advisable to
stop the tractor and to wait until that fog, dust or other
goes away. Operate at the same way in case of rain.
Dangerous zone: if, during the working process, a
people or an animal go in one of the dangerous
zones (shown in previously paragraph) the operator
must immediately to disengage the power take-off,
stop the tractor and provide to eject the intruder. At
the
same

maintenance tasks, the people must not stay or move
in the proximity of the equipment.

Responsibility of the operator
The operator is directly responsible of the injury
caused to himself, to other people, to animals or to
thinks if:

alcohol, drugs, or in a state of tiredness or
sickness;

clothing that can be caught in moving or rotating
parts is worn;
