Intervenciones del reductor
Para desmontar y montar el reductor es necesario
utilizar el dispositivo homologado para realizar
trabajos en altura (escalera).
Extracción del reductor (fig.E2)

Desatornillar los tornillos del motor (1);

Extraer el motor del reductor;
Desatornillar la contratuerca del eje (2);
-
-
Desatornillar los tornillos de fijación del
reductor (3);
Extraer el reductor.

Descarga del aceite (fig.E3)
Prepare un recipiente para el aceite usado;

Desatornille y extraiga el tapón de descarga
-
(4);
Descargue el aceite en el recipiente;
-
Una vez finalizada la descarga, atornille
-
nuevamente el tapón de descarga.

Gear reducer
To remove/install the reducer you need to use an
approved device for work at height (ladder).
Removal of reducer (fig.E2)

Loosen the screws of the motor (1);
-
Remove the motor from the reducer;
-
Loosen the locknut on the axle (2);
-
Loosen the fixing screws of the reducer (3);
-
Remove the reducer.
Oil discharge (fig.E3)
Prepare a container for waste oil;
-
-
Loosen and remove the drain plug (4);
-
Drain the oil and collect it in the container;
Tighten the drain plug once finished.
