6. Parada de emergencia
Si durante el funcionamiento de la ensiladora
se verificaran situaciones de peligro o que
puedan crear riesgos
para la salud de los
operadores
encargados,
necesario
inmediatamente
las funciones en curso.
Es posible intervenir de
dos
maneras
diferentes:
-
desde la cabina:
presionando
interruptor principal
0 (fig. D6 - A), en la parte inferior de la
centralita
funciones,
nuevamente el interruptor a 1, será
necesario presionar también el botón
START/STOP ;
-
en tierra: presionando el botón de
emergencia (fig. D6 - B), en el lado
derecho del bastidor enganche en tres
–
puntos
para restablecer las funciones
es necesario desbloquear el botón,
girándolo ligeramente en sentido horario,
y después presionar nuevamente el
botón START/STOP .
Ajustes
1. Ajustes del detector de revoluciones
Este detector (fig.D7) es muy
importante porque de un mal
funcionamiento puede derivar
un
daño
del
proceso
elaboración y riesgos para la
seguridad. Un
detector dañado
debe
ser
inmediatamente
sustituido por uno
detector tiene un
intervalo de
funcionamiento de 1 a 5 mm.
En el ajuste de la distancia
entre el detector y su activador
(o
placa),
se
recomienda
mantener una distancia de
unos 3 mm entre ellos. Evite el contacto directo
de la punta del sensor con el activador o otras
partes metálicas de la ensiladora.
ATENCIÓN
Los ajustes en los detectores deben ser
realizados
siempre
alimentación hidráulica en el circuito auxiliar
del tractor, con el motor del tractor apagado y
el freno de estacionamiento introducido.
