Advertencias durante el mantenimiento
Para la ensiladora el Fabricante ha previsto una serie
de intervenciones de mantenimiento que, si son
respetados y realizados detalladamente por el
Cliente, mantendrán inalteradas la eficiencia y la
capacidad de trabajo del equipo preservándola de
cualquier daño de funcionamiento.
El operador, que debe ser mayor de edad,
cualificado
y
formado
intervenciones, necesariamente debe observar la
siguiente información:
PELIGRO
cualquier tipo de intervención debe realizarse
-
sobre
una
superficie
iluminada y libre de personas, animales u
objetos
que
podrían
maniobras. El equipo debe estar apoyado
firmemente en el suelo mientras que el
tractor
debe
tener
desconectada, el freno de mano puesto, el
motor apagado y la llave de encendido
extraída del marco;
está absolutamente prohibido llevar a cabo
-
intervenciones con el motor del tractor
encendido y, peor aún, con el equipo
funcionando;
-
antes
de
cualquier
seguridad y para evitar daños a la máquina
ensiladora, se debe aplicar en el tablero del
tractor una señal de advertencia "Máquina en
reparación", para evitar que alguien, sin darse
cuenta de que se está llevando a cabo la
intervención, pueda encender el motor del
tractor y la toma de fuerza;
no debe confiar en su memoria, sino siempre
-
leer las instrucciones de este manual y seguirlas
con precisión y en cumplimiento de las normas
de seguridad;
cualquier intervención, una vez iniciado, debe
-
ser siempre completado y nunca aplazado;
-
el uso de los equipos para llevar a cabo trabajos
de mantenimiento está sujeto a las normas de
seguridad
