First, fasten the TOP MOLDING (W) to the SHORT TOP (G). Use two SILVER 1-5/8" FLAT HEAD SCREWS (152S).

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them.

Next, turn the two LOCK MECHANISMS inside the RIGHT PEDESTAL toward each other until they stop moving.

Then, turn the LOCK MECHANISM behind the TOP MOLDING (W) toward the RIGHT PEDESTAL until it stops moving.
