2. Add ground coffee into coffee filter (1 cup or 2 cups) with the measuring spoon. A spoon
of ground coffee powder can make about a cup of top-grade espresso coffee, then press
ground coffee powder tightly with the tamper.
3. Insert the portafilter into the appliance as explained in the section "prepare your co-
ffee maker".
4. Place an espresso cup on removable cup shelf.
5. After preheating is finished (power and coffee button will light), press coffee button,
the product will start brewing. When your desired capacity of coffee is obtained, press the
coffee button again to stop.
Note: To prepare 2 coffees at the same time use the 2 cups coffee filter and place 2 cups
in the removable cup shelf.
6. After finish making coffee, take metal funnel out by turning it clockwise, then pour co-
ffee residue out with steel mesh pressed by funnel holder clip.
7. Let them cool down completely, then rinse under running water.
MAKE HOT WATER
When the preheating is finished, then press coffee button and the water pump starts to
pump water. Turn the steam control knob to "Hot water", then hot water will flow out from
the steam wand.
To stop making hot water, press the coffee button again, and turn the steam control
knob to OFF position. Hot water is used for warming cup, making tea or cooling down the
appliance.
MAKE CAPPUCCINO/FROTHED MILK
You get a cup of cappuccino when you top up a cup of espresso with frothed milk.
