The defrost, fermentation and "ECO" functions cannot use the fast-preheating mode.

For defrosting large portions of food, you can remove the side guides and place the

To heat the cookware, it is convenient to remove the side guides and use the hot air heating

mode should be used if more than half of the oven base is occupied by cookware.
