Indications
The radio display shows No Channels
The radio shows the following indications:
The amber LED blinks.
Your radio status bar shows the
icon.
Scan cannot be disabled from the radio menu
or Device Management pages in the WAVE
PTX Portal.

User Disabled
Indications
The radio display shows User Disabled
The red LED blinks.
On the WAVE PTX Portal, the Contacts and
Features page shows that the WAVE PTX
user account is Suspended.
Resolutions
Change the preferred language and wait
for your radio to display the new language.
Then reselect your preferred language.
Resolutions
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that your
radio is a member of one or more talk-
groups.
Verify the Standard talkgroup type has at
Scan
least two members and Dispatch talkgroup
type has a Dispatcher member.
Verify channel zone/position assignment in
the Contacts and Features pages in the
WAVE PTX Portal.
Resolutions
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify the WAVE
PTX user status is active.
Use one of the Authorized Users with Re-
mote Supervision capability to enable the
user account.
If the WAVE PTX user account is still disa-
bled, refer to one of the following manuals:

ber" in the Dispatch User Guide,

"Enabling PTT Service for Another User"
in the iOS PTT Radio Application User
