2. BEFORE USE

This appliance includes a safety package to protect it during transport. Unpack the
appliance and keep the original packaging and materials in a safe place. It will help prevent
any damage if the appliance needs to be transported in the future. In case the original
packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.

Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or not in good condition, immediately contact the official Cecotec Technical
Support Service.
3. INSTALLATION
Selection of the installation tools

Cut out the counter where the hob is to be fitted according to the measurements given in
the table below and Figure 3.

For installation and use, you must keep a space of at least 5 cm around the recess.

Make sure the counter thickness is at least 30 mm. Select a counter with a heat-resistant
and insulated material (wood or other similar fibrous or hygroscopic materials should not
be used as worktop material unless impregnated) to avoid electric shock or deformation
caused by heat radiation from the hob.
