Convection Bake

Multi-rackposition
Theconvection ovenfanshutsoff whentheoven

over,underand aroundthe food.
Thiscirculatinghot air is evenlydistributed

in less time with convection heat

on multiple racks.
Good for largequantities of bakedfoods.
Good resultswith cookies, biscuits,muffins,
brownies, c upcakes, cream puffs,sweetroils

Multi-Rack Convection Baking
Whenconvection bakingwith only I rack,
follow therackpositions recommended in
theUsingtheovensection.
Because heated ah is circulated
flu'oughout file oven, foods can be
successflflly baked using multiple racks°
Multi-rack baking may incre_k_ecook times
slighdy for some foods but tile overall
result is time saved. Cookies, muffins,
biscuits and other quickbreads give re, T
good results with multi-rack baking.
For ta, vo-rack baMng, place one rack
in the second (g) rack position. Place
the other rack in the fburdl (D) rack
position.
When baking on 3 racks, place one
rack in the second (g) position, one
in the fourth (D) position and one in
the sixth (F) position.
For best results when baldng muldple
rocks of cooldes in Multi-Rack
Convection Bake mode, line up the flont
of the coolde sheets with the flont edge
of the rocks.
