12. In grill mode, using the thermal probe when the food reaches 70% of the selected
temperature, an acoustic alarm will sound at a frequency of 1 time/second and with a
total of 15 warnings and displaying the word FLIP to turn the food over; this warning will
only sound once. (For example, if the set temperature is 60 ºC, if while cooking it reaches
42 ºC, the alarm will sound).
13. At the end of cooking, an acoustic alarm sounds at a frequency of 1 time/second with a
total of 10 warnings. The flashing display will show End.
14. If the food is undercooked, you can put it back in the fryer and cook it for more minutes.
15. Once the food is thoroughly cooked remove the basket and place it on a flat heat-
resistant surface. To remove cooked food, use wooden or silicone tongs and carefully
remove the food.
Note: be careful when removing the basket as the food is very hot and can generate steam.
Never pour food directly from the basket into the dish as this can be dangerous and residual
water and oil may drip into the dish.
