Use the UP/DOWN buttons to select the desired program (see image); confirm with ENTER.
P18 -P21: Use the UP/DOWN buttons to enter your age first. 35 is the default age setting.
P22: First input your target heart rate using the UP/DOWN buttons 80 and180. 120 is the default
heart rate setting.
Then enter other values for time, distance and calories using the UP/DOWN buttons.
