Potential Solutions
Check if Wireless Camera is fully charged
Check if Wireless Camera antenna are
installed properly
Check Wireless Camera status indicator (see
Wireless Camera Status Indicator section)
Bring the Wireless Camera closer to the
vehicle cabin
Check Type C to Type A cable is properly
inserted
Check with another USB adaptor (5-volt, 2.4A
minimum)
Check with another Type C to Type A cable
Check 12-volt power cord connection is
correct
Inspect Wireless Camera antenna, USB
connector cover, battery pack, and 12-volt
power cord for any damage; for service, see
dealer
Clean Wireless Camera lens with non-abrasive
wipe
Check Wireless Camera lens is not obstructed
Charge the Wireless Camera (with Type C to
Type A cable charger or vehicle's 12-volt
battery supply if connected)
Inspect Wireless Camera antenna, USB
connector cover, battery pack, and 12-volt
power cord for any damage; for service, see
dealer
Position the Wireless Camera in a shaded area
to cool down
Charge the Wireless Camera (with Type C to
Type A charger or vehicle's 12-volt battery
supply if connected)
