SAFETY PRECAUTIONS- read in entirety before use
To use this system in the safest possible manner, follow all the safety tips shown
below.
The Wireless Camera is only an assistant feature. The driver is still fully responsible
for safe operation of the vehicle, including confirming all necessary clearances
around the vehicle and trailer while the vehicle is in operation.
The driver should not utilize the system in a way that causes or increases driver
distraction and should not overly rely on the system as there are limitations to the
range and effectiveness of this camera-based system.
Do not use any feature of this system to the extent it becomes a distraction and
prevents safe driving. Under no circumstances is this system a substitute for the
driver's personal judgement. The first priority while driving should always be the
safe operation of the vehicle.
Do not disassemble or modify this equipment. Non-compliance with this instruction
•
may result in traffic accidents, fire, and/or risk of electric shock.
If the Wireless Camera becomes loose or changes angle while driving, park the
•
vehicle in a safe place before attempting to adjust or reinstalling it.
Do not apply a strong shock to the WCS. Do not drop it. Do not put heavy objects on
•
it. Non-compliance with this instruction may result in fire and/or malfunction.
If the WCS is dropped or the outer case is damaged, turn off the unit and contact the
•
dealer from whom you purchased the unit. Continuing to use the WCS in this
condition may result in fire and/or electric shock.
Do not use the WCS if one or both of the Wireless Camera antennas are missing or
•
damaged. Non-compliance with this instruction may result in poor WCS performance
and/or malfunction.
Hand-tighten the camera antennas by turning them clockwise. Do not use tools to
•
tighten or unit may be damaged. Non-compliance with this instruction may result in
malfunction or poor WCS performance.
This equipment is intended for use with 12-volt supply circuits only. Using any other
•
supply circuit (example: 24-volt or 48-volt vehicle systems) may result in fire and/or
risk of electric shock and/or damage to the unit.
