Attach the Steering Column

1. Turn the vehicle body on its side, Slide a Ø12 washer onto the steering
column from the straight end. Insert the steering column through the groove
A on the steering plate, the hole in the vehicle body and out through the hole
on the dash.
2. Insert the bent end of steering column through the groove B on the front
axle linkage.
3. Fit a Ø10 washer onto the steering column.
4. Insert a split pin into the hole in the steering column, bend the ends of split
pin back using the long nose pliers.

● Turn the vehicle body over. Remove the M5x40 machine screw and Ø5 nut
from the steering wheel with a screwdriver.
1. Place the steering wheel over the steering column, protruding from the
middle of the steering wheel base.
2. Align the holes on each side of steering wheel with the holes at the end of
groove A
the steering column.
3. Fasten a nut on the opposite end of the screw to secure the steering
wheel to the steering column.
4. Insert the tabs on the windshield to the slots in the vehicle body, and push
until you hear it "click" into place.
