ASSEMBLY AND SETUP
The device is largely supplied ready assembled. It is easily put into operation. No other tool are
required.

1. Hook the guide rope into the corresponding
guide channel on the stepper wheel (see Fig.1).
2. Pull one of the pedals upwards as far as it goes
(see Fig.1).
3. Tilt the device to the side and turn the locking
screw clockwise as far as it will go (see Fig.1).

4. Align the pedals at the same height (see Fig.2).

5. Turn the locking screw anticlockwise through 2
turns (see Fig.3).
