PROGRAMMING VIA TERMINAL 1038/55-/56
The system must be on for programming via the
terminal.
− Hold the "ON" button pressed for longer than
three seconds to switch the terminal on.
− Plug the programming wire in the specific socket
(8) or, alternatively, in another calling module,
concierge switchboard or passive wiring junction
box. The terminal will be automatically connected
to the data line and the following will appear on
the display for three seconds:

Then the following will appear:

<Acquisition>
− Select the <Serial number> option. The following
will appear:
Serial number:
Enter the calling module serial number (S/N on
the rear label - 7) and press ↵. The following will
appear:

At this point, the terminal is logically connected to
the calling module with directory (REP) with the
selected serial number. The following will appear on
the module display to indicate that the module is in
"Maintenance" status.

NOTE: in "Maintenance" status, the module can
manage the electrical lock when door opener
code is entered, the hall button is pressed
or the postal key contact is inserted.

− Use the alphanumeric keys, the ← and → keys
to scroll, the ↵ key to confirm and the "sp" key to
switch between pre-set options to program all the
parameters.
− Press → (or ←) several times to go to the following
page:
<Names>
<LockRel.>
<Program>
<Cancel><Exit>
− Position the cursor on the "Program" option and
press ↵. The terminal will write the set data in the
Call module memory and the writing operation
outcome will appear on the display.
− Go to the page with the <Quit> option, position the
cursor and press ↵. At this point (and at this point
ONLY) the calling module will quit the Maintenance
status and return to normal operation.
− Disconnect the programming wire and hold
the "OFF" button pressed for longer than three
seconds to switch the terminal off. Alternatively,
repeat the steps above to program other devices.
