Display Menu Setting

Displaying the Date/Time

✤ The Date/Time function works in Camera/Player/M.Cam/M.Player modes.
✤ The date and time are automatically recorded on a special data area of the
tape.
1. Set the Power switch to CAMERA or PLAYER.
2. Set the Mode switch to TAPE or MEMORY CARD.
(SC-D353/D354/D354M/D355 only)
3. Press the MENU button.
The menu list will appear.

4. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select Display,
then press the Menu selector.
5. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select
Date/Time, then press the Menu selector.
6. Move the Menu selector to the left or right to select the
display type of the Date/Time, then press the Menu
selector.
Display type of the Date/Time: Off, Date, Time,

Date&Time.
7. To exit, press the MENU button.
[ Notes ]
The Date/Time will read 12:00AM JAN.1,2005 in the

following conditions.
- During playback of a blank section of a tape.
- If the tape was recorded before setting the Date/Time in
the Camcorder.
- When the Lithium battery becomes weak or dead.
Before you use the Date/Time function, you must set the clock.

✤ La función Date/Time <Fecha/Hora> está operativa en las modalidades
Camera/Player/M.Cam/M.Player.

1. Coloque el interruptor Power en CAMERA o PLAYER.
2. Coloque el interruptor Mode en TAPE o MEMORY CARD.
(Sólo SC-D353/D354/D354M/D355)
3. Pulse el botón MENU.
Aparece la lista del menú.

4. Mueva el Selector de menú a la izquierda o a la derecha
hasta seleccionar Display <Pantalla> y pulse el Selector
de menú.
5. Mueva el Selector de menú a la izquierda o a la derecha
hasta seleccionar Date/Time <Fecha/Hora> y pulse el
Selector de menú.
6. Mueva el Selector de menú a la izquierda o a la derecha
hasta seleccionar el tipo de visualización de la fecha y
hora y pulse el Selector de menú.
Tipo de visualización de la fecha y hora: Off <Des.>,

Date <Fecha>, Time <Hora>, Date&Time <Fecha-
Hora>.
7. Para salir, pulse el botón MENU.

Aparecerá 12:00AM JAN.1,2005 en Date/Time

<Fecha/Hora> en las siguientes condiciones.
- Durante la reproducción de una parte de la cinta que no
esté grabada.
- Si la cinta fue grabada antes de ajustar Date/Time
<Fecha/Hora> en la videocámara.
- Cuando la pila de litio está débil o descargada.
Antes de utilizar la función de fecha y hora, debe ajustar el

reloj. Consulte "Ajuste del reloj" en la página 27.
