An electric shock can be fatal.
Striking voltage is present at the gas nozzle during the ignition process.
► Do not touch the gas nozzle during the welding process!
► Work on the gas nozzle should only be carried out when the power source is switched
► Take safety precautions so that the welding system is not accessible to third parties

Robot and robot controls must be present and connected
Robot welding torch fully fitted, tungsten electrode correctly positioned
Set up welding system
Install robot welding torch to robot
Connect cable of balancing inductance to power sources:

Connect lead and trail power source with LHSB cable
Use a 10-pin connection cable to connect robot interface with lead power source
Connect robot controls to the cooling unit
Connect the adapter electrode TTG/TTW to the lead power source:

Connect connection power cable 95 mm² to trail power source and to the adapter on
the lead power source:

Connect torch hosepack to the lead power source:

Connect coolant hoses for the gas nozzle cooling to one of the cooling device's cooling
units
Connect coolant hoses for cooling the torch body and tungsten electrode to the other
cooling unit of the cooling device
Establish ground earth connection between balancing inductance and component us-
ing two 95 mm² grounding cables
Connect the cooling unit to the grid and switch on
Connect the power sources to the grid and switch on
Set welding parameters on the power sources
Position robot welding torch (set up robot)
Flush protective gas shield for at least 30 seconds
Start welding using robot controls
