The "Save Data" procedure can be performed in manual or automatic mode.
The "Save Data" procedure can be carried out in compressed mode (zip format) or by
simply making an exact copy of the files, without zipping them.
For the automatic mode, the following functions can also be set:
1. how often the programme should perform the "Save Data" procedure
2. confirmation request to the user before filing.
To set the "Save Data" procedure, proceed as follows:
1. From the starting screen (Logo screen), open the drop-down menu, pressing "F11".
2. Select "Setup" with the ↑ or ↓ arrows.
