Checking the fuse
CAUTION
Never install a fuse with a larger rating, since this could destroy the
entire electrical system.
A fuse that blows frequently, may indicate a short circuit or
overload. If occurs, consult an official Mondial dealer.
NOTE:
Before replacing the fuse, find and solve, whenever possible, the
problem that caused it the blow.
The fuses are located below the front of the seat cushion.
Turn off the ignition.
•
Open the battery case cover (1).
•
Open the fuse box cover (2) and remove the fuse.
•
A faulty or blown fuse must be replaced by a new one .
•
Check the fuse correct contact. Loose fuse >> blown fuse.
Installation takes place in reverse order to disassembly.
Fuse specifications:
CBS Model:
1. Main fuse
20A : Battery, recharging circuit.
2. Secondary fuse 15A : Headlight, EFI, main wire harness
ABS Model:
1. Main fuse
2. Secondary fuse 20A : Headlight, EFI, main wire harness
3. Fuse
25A : ABS fuse.
