Measuring cup
The measuring cup not only prevents food and liquids from splashing out of the
hole in the lid, it is also a practical measuring cup.
Note: The measuring cup is the only component that may be used to cover and
seal the round hole in the blender jar lid. Do not cover the hole in the lid of the
container with other objects such as towels, paper, cups or dishes, as this may
cause injury or damage the device.
Spatula
Note: Do not use other utensils as they may damage the inner surface of the
glass. Only use the spatula when the device is switched off and the lid has been
removed.
To connect the measuring
cup to the lid, place the
measuring cup in the
opening and turn clockwise
until it clicks into place.
To remove, turn anti-
clockwise and lift straight
up.
The spatula is used to
scrape the food and liquids
from inside the jar.
The handle end of the
spatula can be used to hook
in and lift out the strainer.
