E01 The safety switch has
not been activated.

ERROR MESSAGES AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Reason
The lid is not properly attached
to the blender jug or is not
latched.
The blender jar is not properly
seated in the base.
The blender jug has not been
inserted correctly or the
connection of the temperature
sensor on the blender jug is
damaged.
Too many ingredients have been
placed in the blender jug.
The ingredients are too big.
No food in container.
Too little food at high
temperature for a long period
of time.
The appliance has been working
at high load (kneading dough)
or at high speed for too long
without a cooling phase taking
place.
The transmission shifts to
another gear when shifting from
speed range 1 to 5 to speed
range 6-10. If the gear does not
shift, this error is displayed.
Possible solution
Make sure the lid is properly
installed and latched.
Make sure the blender jar is
properly placed in the base.
Make sure the blender jar is
properly seated in the base.
Make sure the connecting pins
under the blender jar are not
bent or broken.
Reduce the volume of food in the
blender jug.
Cut the food into smaller pieces
and restart the appliance.
Add food.
Add more food.
Stop the device and let the
device cool down before turning
it on again.
