To set the speed:
•
Press SPEED to select the desired speed.
•
When you press the speed function, a menu with a scale of 0-10 will appear on
the screen. 0 stands for low and 10 for high. This allows you to set the speed
of the knives required for cooking. You can set the desired speed using either
the touch screen or the function knob.
•
Turn the function knob clockwise to move down the list. Turn the function
knob anti-clockwise to move up the list.

If you press the button
automatically.
Note: If no timer has been set for the speed in DIY mode, the preset time will
expire as follows:
Speed 1-4
Speed 5-10
To set the temperature:
•
Press TEMP to select desired cooking temperature.
•
When you press the temperature function, a scroll down menu from 37-180 °C
will appear on the screen. Thus you can set the temperature required for
cooking. To select the desired temperature, you can use either the touch
screen or the function knob.
•
Turn the function knob clockwise to move down the list. Turn the function
knob anti-clockwise to move up the list.
•
If you press the button
automatically.
Note: The temperature icon will turn blue when the device reaches the set
temperature.
