13.1 General safety instructions
Always switch the appliance off after use.
In the case of an emergency, switch off the fuse immediately.
Risk of electric shock/danger to life
Never touch an electrical appliance if your hands or feet are wet or if you are barefoot.

Never use an electrical appliance outdoors.
The installation work and electrical cabling may only be carried out by professionals in

accordance with all the relevant regulations and standards applicable in your country,
including the fire protection measures. The appliance must be installed by qualified personnel
or technicians.
Please never carry out this work yourself.

If the minimum clearances are not observed, there is danger to people and the appliance.

The electrical safety of this appliance is only guaranteed when it is connected to a properly

earthed system and complies with the electrical safety standards.
A damaged power supply cable must be replaced by the supplier, dealer or after-sales service

without delay. If cable or plug connections are damaged, you must no longer use the
appliance.
Do not use multiple socket strips or power extension cables.

Switch off the appliance and allow to cool down before all cleaning or service work.

Never use a steam cleaner for cleaning. Moisture could get into electrical components.

The appliance must be dry before it is put into operation again.
Do not carry out any work on the appliance other than the cleaning and service work
