14 Unpacking the appliance

Packaging materials (e.g. plastic film, polystyrene) are dangerous for children. Keep packaging
materials out of the reach of children!
The packaging materials must be undamaged. Inspect the appliance for transport damage. On
no account should a damaged appliance be put into operation. In the event of damage, please
contact the supplier.
Packaging materials
Ensure environmentally friendly disposal.
Removing transport protection
The appliance is secured for transport. Remove all adhesive tape.
Attach transport protection
Use adhesive tape to fix a 1-1.5 cm thick section of cardboard or carton in the inside of the oven
door at the height of the baking trays to prevent damage during transport. Fix the oven door to
the side walls with some adhesive tape.
