Step 01: Open the zipper
at the back to
access the inflator.

Step 03: Press the two tabs (1) and then pull gently
(2).
Remove carefully with two fingers. If it is not easy,
press on one connector tab, then the other and so on.
Step 04: Unscrew the used inflator.

damage, do not force the
connector and do not
pull the cable to remove
the inflator.

eVest Clip-in/eVest
Step 02: Unclip the inflator from its housing.
To do this, pull the inflator to remove it from its slot.
If it does not unclip easily, you can gently pry it out
using a flat screwdriver to remove the inflator from
its slot.
Step 05: An adapter for checking the airbag's integrity
comes included with your new inflator, which is
available at www.inemotion.com.
Screw the adatper in the inflator's place.
Step 06: Use the adapter in combination with a pump
or compressor to inflate the vest to 0.3 bar and
ensure it does not leak any air within 5 seconds. (Any
pneumatic inflation system, such as those available at
filling stations may be suitable for this operation.).
Step 07: Check the seal for damage and correct
seating.
