DISTANCE: Displays the distance covered by the user.
CALORIES: Displays the user's calorie consumption during training.
WATTS:
Displays the user's training performance.
SPM:
Displays the beats per minute.
PULSE:
Displays the user's heart rate value (please wear the wireless heart rate
chest strap before measuring the heart rate. The measured value cannot
be used as a medical basis).
TARGET TRAINING SETTINGS
The computer has four target training modes: Time, counter, distance and calories
(setting for resting position).
TIME target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "TIME" function and then press the "SET"
button to set the target time (The setting range is 1:00-99:00. Each time you press the
button, the time increases by 1:00. Hold down the "SET" button to speed up the setting).
When the desired time is reached, release the button. Then start training and the
display will begin the countdown. When the countdown is over, the computer sounds an
alarm to remind the user that the training target has been reached. When you continue
training, the computer automatically starts counting the rowing strokes from zero.
COUNTER target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "COUNT" function and then press the
"SET" button to set the target count (The setting range is 10-9990 moves. Each time
you press the button, the count increases by 10 rowing strokes. Hold down the "SET"
button to speed up the setting). When the desired count is reached, release the button.
Then start training and the display will begin the countdown. When the countdown is
over, the computer sounds an alarm to remind the user that the training target has been
reached. When you continue training, the computer automatically starts counting from
zero.
DISTANCE target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "DISTANCE" function and then press
the "SET" button to set the target distance (The setting range is 100-9900 METRES.
Each time you press the button, the distance increases by 100 METRES. Hold down the
"SET" button to speed up the setting). When the desired distance is reached, release
the button. Then start training and the display will begin the countdown. When the
countdown is over, the computer sounds an alarm to remind the user that the training
target has been reached. When you continue training, the computer automatically starts
counting from zero.
CALORIES target training mode
First press the "MODE" button to switch to the "CALORIE" function and then press the
"SET" button to set the target calorie amount (The setting range is 1.0-999.0 CAL. Each
time you press the button, the amount of calories increases by 1.0 CAL. Hold down the
"SET" button to speed up the setting). When the desired amount of calories is reached,
