When the countdown is over, the computer sounds an alarm to remind the user that
the training target has been reached. When you continue training, the computer
automatically starts counting from zero.
DURING THE SETTING PROCESS
If you want to change the target value during the setting process, press the "RESET"
button to delete the current setting or press and hold the "MODE" button for about 2
seconds to delete all target values and then restore the settings as described above.
NOTES:
If no signals are received within approx. 4 minutes and no operating button is
pressed, the monitor switches off automatically.
The monitor switches on automatically when you start training or press a button.
The monitor automatically starts calculating when you start exercising and stops
calculating if you do not exercise for 4 seconds.

7. EXERCISING TIPS
IMPORTANT NOTES ON EXERCISING
Before you start exercising consult your doctor. Ask to what extent exercising is
appropriate for you. Incorrect or excessive exercising can lead to health problems.
Avoid overloading your body. Do not train when you are tired or exhausted. If you
are not used to being physically active, start slowly at first.
Stop the exercises immediately if you notice any pain or discomfort.
Do not eat for 30 minutes before and after exercising.
Make sure you breathe evenly and calmly while exercising.
To avoid injuries, start your workout with warm-up exercises and finish with a cool-
down phase.
