EXERCISE PROCEDURE
Stretch your legs without changing the tilt of your upper body. Never extend your
legs completely, keep your knees slightly bent.
When you have fully extended your legs, bend your upper body slightly backwards.
Only now pull the pull rod (#19 + #29) to your chest with your arms.
Return to the starting position in reverse order and repeat the procedure.

9. MAINTENANCE, CLEANING AND CARE
After assembly and before using the product, check that all bolts/nuts are correctly
tightened.
Clean the product regularly with a slightly damp cloth using a mild detergent. Do not
use solvents for cleaning.
This is particularly important for the padding and handles, as these parts are in
constant contact with parts of your body throughout the training session. To protect
the pads, you can also cover them with a towel when exercising.
Use a commercially available wood care product for lacquered wooden surfaces to
care for the lacquered wooden parts.
The axles of the moving parts must be greased every one to two years. Use a
