IMPORTANT NOTE
Please do not send your product to our address without a request from our service
team. The costs and risk of loss for unsolicited consignments shall be borne by the
sender. We reserve the right to refuse to accept unsolicited consignments or to return
such goods to the sender freight collect or at the sender's expense.
13. WARRANTY PROVISIONS
SportPlus guarantees that the product to which the warranty relates has been
manufactured from high quality materials and has been checked with the utmost care.
A prerequisite for the warranty is operation and proper assembly in accordance with
the operating instructions. Improper use and / or improper transport may invalidate the
warranty.
The warranty period, starting from the date of purchase, is 2 years. If the product you
have purchased is not fault-free, please contact our customer service department within
24 months of the date of purchase. The following are excluded from the warranty:

Damage caused by external force.
•
Interventions, repairs and modifications by persons not authorised by us and by
non-professionals.
•
Failure to observe the operating instructions.
•
If the above warranty conditions are not fulfilled.
•
If defects have been caused by incorrect handling or maintenance, neglect or
accidents.
•
Wear and tear and consumables such as bearings and pads are also excluded.
•
The product is intended for private use only. There is no warranty for commercial
use.
