Safety of the device can be maintained only by regularly
checking it for damage and wear.
If you pass this device on to a third party, make sure the
user is familiar with the content of these instructions for
use.
Only one person should use this exercise equipment for
workouts. The maximum capacity of this exercise device is

ble non-slip surface under the device.

ignated and informed or trained individuals should use them.
If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or other ab-
normal symptoms, stop exercising immediately and consult
your doctor.
Individuals such as children, disabled persons, and function-
ally impaired individuals should use the device only in the
presence of another person who can provide assistance and
guidance.
Ensure that you and others never place any part of the body in
the area of moving parts.
When adjusting adjustable parts, observe the correct position
or marked maximum adjustment position.
There should be 2 meters of space around the device during
exercise.
