Open the tank and turn the siphon pump valve clock-
wise to close it. Use a water source higher than the
tank.
CORRECT FILLING OF THE TANK
On the tank's side, you'll find a filling indicator. The tank can only be filled up to the mark 19.
Do not overfill the tank, as it may cause damage and void the warranty. We recommend filling the water up to mark 17.
*NOTES*
•
We recommend using distilled water to prevent scale formation and bacterial growth.

WARM-UP AND COOL-DOWN
A successful training program consists of a warm-up phase, a training phase, and a cooldown. For beginners, the training fre-
quency should be set at 2 to 3 times per week, with at least one day between workout sessions. After a few months, the training
frequency can be increased to 4 to 5 times per week.
WARM-UP
Warming up improves blood flow and helps muscles func-
tion properly, reducing the risk of cramps or muscle inju-
ries. It is advisable to perform some stretching exercises
as described below. Each stretch should be held for about
30 seconds, without using force or excessive pressure - if it
starts to hurt, stop immediately!
Warm-up exercises can also include walking, running,
jumping, skipping rope, or jogging in place.
STRETCHING
Muscles stretch more easily when warm. Stretching reduces the
risk of injuries. Do not bounce!
! Before starting any exercise program, be sure to consult with your
doctor !
COOLDOWN
Cooldown is aimed at relaxing the cardiovascular system
and muscles. A suitable cooldown example is 5 minutes of
rowing at a reduced pace after an intense workout.

Side bend
Calf stretch
