Remedy
•
Make sure that
the slaves have unique
Modbus RTU
addresses.
•
Check the Modbus
RTU parameter
settings, such as baud
rate, parity bits, start/
stop bits.
•
There is no cloud
driver for the Modbus
RTU slave device
loaded to the CIM
module.
Remedy
•
Reinsert the SIM card
into the SIM slot.
The slanted edge of
the SIM card must
point upwards.

Improve the antenna
conditions. See section
Antenna requirements.
•
Contact Grundfos.
8.7 No BLE connection between the CIM
module and the smart phone
Cause
Bluetooth is
unresponsive on your
mobile phone.
BLE connection error.
Remedy
•
Disable and enable
Bluetooth again.
•
Delete the Grundfos
product from the
Bluetooth list on your
mobile phone and pair
it again.
•
Restart the Grundfos
product.
•
Update BLE firmware
to the latest version to
fix this
issue permanently.
