Solutions
Replace the Wiping Pad as described in Maintenance.
Replace the Driving Wheel Tracks as described in
Maintenance.
Remove the Wiping Pad and reattach it.
Do not use WINBOT on windows with gaps or cracks.
Cover the obstacles with your hand.
Check if there is any dust or debris on the Driving Wheel
Tracks. If so, clean them as described in Maintenance. If
the problem persists, contact Customer Service.
Currently, WINBOT cannot detect obstacles or window
frames lower than 4m,m. Help WINBOT navigate via the
app.
Add ECOVACS WINBOT cleaning solution.
Enable Auto Spray via the app.
1. Turn WINBOT off. Then, restart and reattach WINBOT.
2. If the problem persists, go to the app for solutions or
contact Customer Service.
