Possible Causes

attachment.

WINBOT's attachment location is too
close to the window frame.
Solutions
Hold the Compound Cable tightly, pull WINBOT back, long
press Start button for 2 seconds to take WINBOT off. Please
be sure not to stand directly beneath WINBOT to prevent
being hit by its accidental falling. Power off and then restart
WINBOT. If the problem persists, contact the Customer
Service.
Due to algorithmic error, WINBOT may deviate significantly
from its Initial Spot, making it difficult to take WINBOT off.
