MANUAL FUNCTION.-
There is no limit on time or distance.
On
the
main
START/STOP key and the monitor will
switch on within 3 seconds, shown by
a countdown on the time display, start
exercising and use the UP/DOWN
keys to increase or decrease the
exertion level.
The user can choose between lower
level stages or upper level stages until
they reach the mountain summit.
Once reached, it will start again from
the beginning.
Stage 1 or lower level. This stage
contains the first 8 levels of braking
force.
When the monitor indicates

Stage 2 or higher level. This stage
contains
8
braking
ranging between level 9 to 16, which
is the maximum level.
If you press the UP key when
exercising at level 8, this will increase
the braking force up to level 16, with
the reference point for this level shown
on the monitor by a flashing level
indicator.
After 30 seconds the braking force will
match the assigned setting.
NOTE:
Whilst on the mountainside, if the
monitor is on upper level
unable to increase further so it
switches to lower level
free of the mountainside.

RACE FUNCTION
(Competition).-

With the monitor at STOP, press and
hold the START/STOP key for 3
seconds.
Press the MODE key and MANUAL
will flash, press the UP key and select
(RACE 1-6), being 6 preset programs
to compete against the machine.
Press ENTER to confirm and select
the rpm of your opponents crank
speed (in this case the machine),
press ENTER to confirm and then
press the START/STOP key to begin
the competition.
The user will compete against the
machine and the first to cross the finish
line at the top of the mountain will be
the winner.
When one of the two crosses the finish
line the word GOAL will appear on the
summit and the monitor will display
WIN if you have won the competition or
LOSE if the machine has won.
The distance for each graphic is given
in
the
distributed equally among the various
stages.
You can vary the braking force once
you have started exercising by using
the UP/DOWN keys for the first 8
levels of braking force with the monitor
indicating
